What is Trovomics?
Trovomics is a no-code omics analysis platform built to help researchers process, analyze, visualize, and interpret sequencing data without building analysis pipelines from scratch. Our automated workflows and interactive visualizations help scientists spend less time coding and more time exploring and understanding their results.
Built by scientists for scientists, Trovomics supports multiple omics analysis workflows and is designed to grow as new analysis capabilities are added.
Why “Trovomics”?
Our name, Trovomics, combines the Italian word trovare, meaning “to find,” with omics, the study of large-scale biological data. The name reflects our goal: helping researchers find meaningful insights within complex omics data.
We believe powerful bioinformatics analysis should be accessible to researchers without requiring extensive programming experience. Trovomics is built to simplify the path from raw sequencing data to interpretable results while giving scientists greater control over their analysis and visualization.
As the platform grows, we aim to support an expanding range of omics data and analysis workflows.
